Our pans can be used immediately after you unbox it, no seasoning required!

You can safely use a steel wool or scouring pad to remove any cooking stains as our pans are made of stainless steel and does not have Teflon coating.

Our pans does not have Teflon coating. Here are several benefits to using cookware and kitchen tools without Teflon (PTFE) coating:

Our unique pans can be used with any food products but we recommend against fish as their skin tends to stick onto non-Teflon coating pans.

Unless otherwise stated (e.g., marked as “Final Sale”), we offer hassle-free exchanges or returns up to 30 days after your item has been shipped to your home. You can return by mail or to one of our P.O Box with our original packaging. You are required to ship an item back before receiving a refund or exchange.

If you are returning knives, please carefully pack in the original packaging and follow the applicable carrier’s rules for shipping knives.

Original shipping costs (and the associated taxes & duties, if applicable) are non-refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable. Once a return is started online, you have 28 days to send it back.

Please note: If you purchase from a partner of ours be sure to double check their return policy as it might differ from ours. We are not able to offer returns or exchanges on behalf of our retail partners.

Step 2. State your Order ID. If you are returning more than one item, you'll need to repeat this process for each item.

Step 3. Send back with the original packaging, any carrier approved box will do. Please send the item back to us within 28 days.

Please note: Returns to your original form of payment generally take 2-3 weeks from the time you send the package until the P.O Box receives and processes it. If a non Pans N’ Wares product is shipped back, we're not able to guarantee it will be returned back to you. Please review our returns terms and conditions here.

All orders with in stock items take up to 2 business days to process and generally take 1-7 business days for delivery.
